This draft applies to the Foundation Michelangelo Charity Auction Division website and its auction consultation forms, pages, and related communications. It does not yet address unrelated TIC services or third-party websites.

The site is intended for organizational representatives and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The final policy should specify the applicable age threshold and deletion procedure.

When an approved policy changes, the effective date should be updated and material changes should be communicated as required.
